The Team : As a member of the Product Marketing team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, creating sales enablement materials, and supporting revenue growth for a range of commodity products and business initiatives.
You will work closely with Product Management and Commercial leads to understand their strategies and develop product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Our team takes an analytical and data-enabled approach to validate and communicate the impact of product marketing activities, with a focus on growing market awareness, improving customer retention, and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities :
Work with Product Management and Commercial leads to understand their strategy and define product marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Provide a balanced combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge and project management, collaboration with Marketing functions and hands-on application of the marketing strategy.
Work with Sales leads and Sales Training lead to identify the types of sales enablement materials that are appropriate to support prospect & customer conversations per Diagnostic Business Sales Methodology.
Optimize and standardize the development of customer value propositions, based on the challenges, wants and needs of target personas in target industries across the team.
Develop simple, highly differentiated and values-based product, sector and solution messaging for the relevant target audience.
Develop customer-facing assets that map company and solution capabilities to customer needs.
Analyze metrics to help team identify what is and isn’t working.

Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry.
Proven experience in Marketing or in Product Marketing.
Preferred qualifications :
Expertise in Product and Solution Marketing.
Achievement / goal-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, detailed, persistent, active listener, resourceful, influencer, can-do attitude.
Vendor management.
MBA or MS-Marketing.
Experience in Commodities Markets.
Compensation / Benefits Informatio n (This section is only applicable to US candidates) :
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $88,400 to $180,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

What our new Product Marketing Specialist will do :
- Create offer collateral, including sales presentation decks, internal FAQs, case studies, demo scripts, website copy, and other marketing materials that support our offers.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market launch plans, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target customers.
