Summary :

The Marketing Specialist will work with the Product Marketing Team, to assist in the development of marketing and advertising content for commercial dishwashing products;

manage placements across multiple media channels including search, social, email and paid media, and provide marketing and sales support to deliver on-demand and lead generation goals.

We are seeking creative, self-motivated candidates with experience in digital marketing tools and techniques who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.

What you will do :

  • Develop & manage Warewash media calendar
  • Coordinate marketing project deliverables between Hobart and third-party agencies and channel partners
  • Coordinate content development, including blogs, social posts, advertising, product descriptions and other
  • Provide organic SEO management & optimization across search and Hobart web properties
  • Develop and manage email marketing programs
  • Coordinate social media marketing programs, including organic posts and paid ads
  • Coordinate paid media advertising, including creative and placements across multiple industry channels
  • Support sales programs with targeted direct marketing activities that help drive lead generation and product education
  • Support development of product and sales collateral
  • Support market / customer research activities, including recruitment & execution of customer panels, surveys, and interviews
  • Help with competitive product & marketing reviews & analysis
  • Provide up-to-date tracking and reporting on all marketing and advertising results

Qualifications

Education and experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business, preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role
  • 2+ years of experience with digital marketing programs using automation platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot, or Magento
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content that generates measurable results in social and digital channels
  • Ability to learn and adapt new tools and techniques to projects and programs
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with HTML and desktop publishing applications, preferred
  • Ability to travel 5% - 10%
