The Product Marketing Manager will assist in the development of the overall go to market strategy for the digital marketing group in support of CBTS / OnX practices Cloud, Communication, Infrastructure and Consulting practices.
Strategy Development - Digital Product Marketing (30%) Develop and oversee digital product campaign executionMarketing Automation Tools (ie Salesforce, Hubspot,)Content Creation (ie White Papers, Case Studies) Vertical strategy approach ( Healthcare, Government, Retail etc)Influencers Marketing CampaignsSocial media strategyDemand Generation Activities as it relates to digital efforts.
Work with cross-functional teams to build alignment on strategy and execution.Research - voice of the customer, customer buyer journey mapping, data analytics, customer research, and data from strategic manufacturer partners and 3rd party industry sources.
Work closely with, Sales, Solution Design, and creative teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for strategic product linesWork closely with Industry technology partners for content development, investment and funding opportunities.
- Strategy Execution (50%) Oversee the execution of the above tactics working with cross functional teams. Coordinate with Marketing and Support teams to execute tactics of tradition marketing plans, including : Webcasts and panelsClient seminars, events and trade showsSolution social mediaLead generation programsAnalytics - ROI tracking and results of marketing activities.
- Marketing Resource for Sales Enablement (20%) Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams for sales activities associated with specific product linesCreate sales presentations and content for sales teams associated with specific product lines and vertical industriesAssist marketing and sales leadership in all sales training
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2 to 3 years
- 1-3 plus years' experience creating digital marketing strategies and ongoing digital campaigns for practices preferably, out of a technology environment.
- Experience creating content for content syndication (ie. White Papers, Case Studies, Infographics)
- Experience supporting sales teams with sales enablement materials and training
- Experience developing target channels
- Experience with social media and automation tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to analyze data and intel to formulate strategic direction for product development and marketing efforts
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills, strong business judgment and high level of initiative

Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Support users in addressing challenges and solving problems using CRM tools.
- Assist the reporting lead and the Sr. CRM Manager with report and dashboard creation to identify and report on KPIs
- Identify themes and build resources to support users.
- Support training sessions through webinar production and deliver or training components.
Data Hygiene
- Monitor and maintain good data hygiene practices for the database.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the creation and activation of the brand and product positioning to identify and drive growth.
