  • Deliver Manufacturing Delivery Quality Operating System requirements for your specific Subsystem (Electrical, Powertrain, Suspension, Exterior, Interior).
  • Collaborate with Product Development team to generate facility & tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce labor requirements.
  • Use virtual tools to evaluate the feasibility of new model designs for high volume manufacturing operations.
  • Write / modify / maintain process sheets and deliver updated Cycle Line Layouts.

  • PLC code development and debug experience.
  • Hardware knowledge in PLCs, PCs, HMIs (i.e., Panelview, RS View), controls devices (i.e., sensors, actuators, motion control equipment), and Robotics.
  • Experience with Automation Network Interfaces for data and control (Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, ProFiBus, etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of intermediate and advanced math functions including trigonometry and algebra.
  • Experience with MoDapts time standards.
  • Ability to interpret graphs and relationships between inputs and outputs.
