Responsibilities
What you’ll be able to do :
- Create automation for internal monitoring systems utilizing SpringBoot frameworks
- Use Postman to perform API testing
- Use Tekton for CI / CD deployments
- Use Checkmarx / SonarQube / Fossa / 42Crunch to identify code vulnerabilities and code quality
- Improve Continuous Integration tooling by automating manual processes within the delivery pipeline and improving quality gates.
- Implement tooling that monitors application performance and automatically notifies team when a failure occurs in production
- Active participant in all team Agile ceremonies
- Research and develop concepts and solutions to address cybersecurity incidents reported by industry and research organizations
- Participate in engineering projects to identify threats and vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, software and system architectures
- Create storyboards, use cases, proof-of-concept demonstrations, specifications and requirements
- Perform competitive analyses and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies
- Interact with business customers to resolve support issues and gather business requirements
- Complete analysis & development of support tasks with quick implementation and resolution
- Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
- Ability to delivery product roadmap milestones
- Provide Agile artifacts associated with application components
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to continuously learn
- Highly motivated professional (self-starter and results oriented)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
The minimum requirements we seek :
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience with Java / Springboot
Our preferred requirements :
- Master's Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with unit-testing and mock frameworks
- Experience with common development tools (e.g. git, tekton, PCF, Openshift)
- Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DO :
- Deliver Manufacturing Delivery Quality Operating System requirements for your specific Subsystem (Electrical, Powertrain, Suspension, Exterior, Interior).
- Collaborate with Product Development team to generate facility & tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce labor requirements.
- Use virtual tools to evaluate the feasibility of new model designs for high volume manufacturing operations.
- Write / modify / maintain process sheets and deliver updated Cycle Line Layouts.
- Lead identification, resolution, and closure of Assembly and Machining feasibility issues.
- Create and follow a master schedule for the design, build, and implementation of tools in your subsystem.
- Lead identification, resolution, and closure of all launch product and tooling issues.
- Develop "Lessons Learned" from New Model launches and implement Prevent Reoccurrence Actions into future programs.
- Support Department Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Morale, Environment, and Innovation (SQDCPMEI) initiatives.
- Interface with cross-functional activities (Product Development, Supplier Technical Assistance, Material Planning & Logistics, New Model Programs).
Primary Skills Required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to support launch programs on extended travel
- Strong Project Management skills and result-oriented mindset
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- 3D CAD review abilities (Teamcenter, VisMockup, CATIA, or equivalent)
- Understanding of PFMEA and failure mode avoidance principles
- Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in stressful situations within timing constraints
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Additional Skills Preferred :
- Working knowledge of statistics (control charts, data collecting, GD&T etc.)
- Knowledge in the following Ford software systems : AVBOM, WERS, GSPAS / APT, Teamcenter, E2KS, AIM, CPARS
Experience Preferred :
- Automotive Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred but not mandatory
- Experience w / automotive assembly or machining tooling, processes and facilities preferred but not mandatory
Additional Experience preferred :
- Experience in one or more of the following automotive systems : Interior, Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain, Electrical, Water test, End of Line, Stator / Rotor Manufacturing, Machining, Cell Manufacturing, and Battery Assembly
- Error proofing
Education Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
