This position is part of our National Industrial / Manufacturing Group. This persons first assignment will be outside of Nashville, TN, but after that would require extensive travel throughout the United States.
The Superintendent 2 will help plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity. This position will be responsible for managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.

SUPERINTENDENT FAMILY - CORE

- Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
- Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEOC for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.

- Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
- Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
