As a member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing digital workspaces products and services.

The HP Anyware portfolio provides a high-performance, secure and easy to manage solution to access Windows, Linux and macOS applications hosted in the public cloud or private data center.

Product Managers are responsible for the complete software product lifecycle, including definition, market requirements, positioning and product strategy, competitive analysis, roadmap, pricing, distribution strategy, release, and delivery.

This role is responsible for Anyware Manager SaaS (admin control plane for HP Anyware).

  • Work with customers and the field to clearly understand customer use cases and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product management, product owners, development and other functional groups (marketing, sales, solution architects, customer support) to translate customer requirements into clearly communicated product requirements.
  • Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning. Establish and maintain relationships with key enterprise technology partners.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools and training.
  • Provide detailed technical guidance to ensure the right product gets delivered with each release.
  • Determine appropriate pricing and packaging for the product.
  • Manage the product roadmap.
  • Attend and present at technical industry events to evangelize the solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical degree or experience. Business degree in addition to technical degree is a plus.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas : enterprise management tools, enterprise security software, enterprise services / SaaS solutions, public cloud platforms, desktop virtualization, desktop-as-a-service, customer insight and analytics
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering successful enterprise software solutions over multiple releases.
  • Experience working with enterprise IT customers to discover and validate business needs and product requirements.
  • Product management experience in an Agile software development environment.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of all aspects of complete product bundles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to distill a broad array of sometimes conflicting data points into clear guidance or conclusions.
  • Strong written skills with the ability to write clearly and quickly, to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and complete requirements and user stories for a technical development audience and relate the value of technical topics to business concepts.
  • Availability and willingness to travel on occasion.

6. Physically tour and visually inspect property on a daily basis. Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness and quality of product and service throughout hotel.

Greet and maintain rapport with associates and customers.

7.Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips and serve on committees such as Research, Development and Standards committee.

8. Appropriate handle associate issues in conjunction with Human Resources following Crescent policies.

9. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

10. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
