A rapidly growing e-commerce company that specializes in selling laboratory equipment is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join their team in Tucson, AZ.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and provide support to ensure effective customer solutions and support.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in material science and engineering or chemistry and 3-5 years of experience working on the sales side of the industry.

Pay Range : $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities :
- Oversee 5 direct reports and provide guidance / support to the team
- Handle inbound customer phone calls and emails, addressing product and technical questions
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to discuss customer requirements
- Evaluate if client requests can be fulfilled and guide them towards suitable products
- Drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Focus on customer support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Utilize MS Office, Zoho CRM System, and Active Campaign to manage customer interactions and data
Requirements :
- PhD degree in Material Science & Engineering or Chemistry, or a Master's degree with relevant leadership experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in the industry, preferably in Product Management, Customer Facing, Technical Support, Sales, or Business Development
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience within a product management or customer service related role
- Experience in selling lab equipment and lab supplies is a plus

Job Description Summary : The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for defining the market strategy across the region and ensuring online sales growth and market adoption of eCommerce platform.
Responsible for the online sales development within assigned state(s) for on and off premise customers. - Portfolio management experience or related experience working with or for key suppliers, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, summarize results, determine best course of action and sell the recommendation, a must
- Prior experience with eCommerce, a plus
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, BusinessObjects and others, a plus
Target salary range : $91,000-$168,900 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
