SUMMARY :

This will include installation of new equipment, design and project management, resource procurement, and contractor management.

AS A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL :

  • Schedule, manage and perform preventative maintenance for all machining, assembly and other equipment located in the facility
  • Provide maintenance support for the entire facility including management of utilities, HVAC, fire suppressant systems, etc.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment
  • Establishes and maintains specific preventive maintenance schedules on equipment and facilities.
  • Procure parts and / or services (contractor sourcing and management) to complete projects
  • Maintain parts inventory and repair / calibration records for all equipment
  • Plan and manage overall maintenance and special projects
  • Lead and schedule maintenance team in all daily responsibilities
  • Confirm facility safety and environmental compliance and remain current with OSHA, EPA, hazardous waste handling and other regulations
  • Assist in upgrading existing equipment to more efficient and productive alternatives
  • Maintain equipment performance continually to decrease down times.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Relevant work experience including a minimum of 5 years' experience working in maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 to 5 years of experience supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Electrical industry experience, knowledge of products, certifications etc.
  • Any applicable licenses a plus.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques including perf(X)
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Software a plus

Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Maintain process and facility equipment for the development, implementation and day to day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation associated with company operations.
  • Ensures maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner and works closely with Production to schedule and accomplish equipment and facility repairs.

Position Summary :

Maintenance technicians are responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience by ensuring OTG-occupied areas, including markets and restaurants, are in good repair.

An OTG Maintenance Tech helps uphold the image of a facility by performing maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and checklists.

Responsibilities :

As an OTG Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general building maintenance in our airports.

By utilizing a variety of skills, encompassing most of the construction trade, you will maintain OTG standards while performing daily field service requirements.

Responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of OTG facilities as directed by the Senior Facility Manager and / or Lead Tech

Perform minor plumbing, and electrical repairs as requested

Perform general maintenance duties such as refrigeration cleanings, condenser coil cleanings and compressor replacements as needed

Perform monthly life safety and furniture checklist surveys as directed by Senior Facility Manager

Assist Lead Technician on two-man jobs that require assistance
