2. Removes trash from work areas to the loading dock / dumpster. 3. Assists other maintenance employees in maintaining a clean and organized work and public areas.

4. Performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests. 5. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest;

maintains effective guest relations. 6. Performs special projects delegated by management. 7. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

In addition to cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms and communal spaces, housekeepers may also be required to change bedding, do laundry, and keep inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

What You'll Do

Clean and Organize

  • Keep our facilities spotlessly clean and well kept
  • Clean residents' rooms and shared areas
  • Respond with urgency upon requests
  • Dispose of waste
  • Execute laundry service and daily changing of residents' beds, including ironing and pressing as needed

Maintain

  • Inspect residents' rooms and communal areas to ensure they are tidy

What You'll Bring

Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-year experience as a housekeeper or within a similar cleaning environment

Housekeeper Responsibilities :

  • Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
