Cook

The primary role of the Cook is planning, preparing and cooking of food items to ensure the highest quality of product and experience for members and guests.
Core Responsibilities :
- Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas (i.e. chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces)
- Setup, clean, organize and stock cooking stations with supplies, products and equipment
- Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience and service standards
Qualifications :
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Cooking experience

Housekeeper

We are currently looking for a housekeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning inside the clubhouse and additional areas on site.
Housekeeper Responsibilities :
- Keeps facilities / common areas clean and maintained daily.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize on course restrooms as well as clubhouse restrooms. This includes toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
- Collecting / disposing of trash outside and inside property.
- Notifying management of necessary repairs and weekly ordering needs.
- Cleans and sanitizes linen.
- Cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to management.
- Maintains as well as follows rules and regulations set in place by Health Department and management.
Job Requirements :
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must work well unsupervised
- Ability to lift at least 25lbs
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Follows company policies and procedures
- Team oriented , good attitude , and great customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to assist manager in moving tables and chairs when necessary

Bartender

Fast paced. Great drinks. Lots of fun! As a Bartender you are the mixologist! The Bartender is to create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area.
Bartenders create sippable delights for members and guests!
On the job :
- Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
- Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21

Essential Functions : 1. Sweeps and washes floors, vacuums carpet, washes walls, dusts furniture and fixtures and cleans ashtrays.
2. Removes trash from work areas to the loading dock / dumpster. 3. Assists other maintenance employees in maintaining a clean and organized work and public areas.
4. Performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests. 5. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest;
maintains effective guest relations. 6. Performs special projects delegated by management. 7. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
