Housekeeper Reports to : Lead Maintenance and Property Manager S2 Residential is looking to fill the position of Housekeeper.

Specifically, we are looking for a cleaning and sanitizing professional to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.

The goal is to keep our community and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities : Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

Report any necessary repairs or replacement needs to management. Stock and maintain supply rooms. Follow all health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications : 1 year or more years janitorial experience (Housekeeper) Must hold a valid Driver’s License and currently auto liability insurance.

Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property’s needs and resident activities. Physical Demands : Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day.

It is estimated an Assistant Lead Maintenance technician will spend 99-100% of their time moving and on their feet. Frequently moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.

Frequently transporting and moving appliances up to 100 pounds in and out of apartments and across various distances. Must have the ability to climb, stoop, bend and grasp objects.

Visual acuity to perform the following : transcribing, operating machines, and motor vehicles, determining accuracy and neatness of work assigned, as well as visual inspection involving small defects and parts.

Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position or stationary standing position 90% of the time.
