Leasing Agent Reports to : Property Manager S2 Residential is looking to hire a Leasing Agent that will assist management in providing phenomenal customer service to current and future residents and will assist them in finding the apartment they desire.
How you’ll make an impact : Greet prospects, present your community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
Contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. As a Leasing Agent, you’ll ensure that each resident experience is in line with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.
What you’ll do : Lease. Lease. Lease! Exceed our future and current resident experience. Engage with them! Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards. Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.
Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services. Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.
Who you are : 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience Must be consistently detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to listen and understand goals. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Knowledge of ResMan a plus Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required Must have reliable transportation Your core values : Positive attitude Outstanding customer service;

m. to 6 : 00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends.
Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities. Physical Demands :
- Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
- Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
- Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time. Housekeeper
Housekeeper Reports to : Lead Maintenance and Property Manager S2 Residential is looking to fill the position of Housekeeper.
Specifically, we are looking for a cleaning and sanitizing professional to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.
The goal is to keep our community and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities : Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Report any necessary repairs or replacement needs to management. Stock and maintain supply rooms. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications : 1 year or more years janitorial experience (Housekeeper) Must hold a valid Driver’s License and currently auto liability insurance.

Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property’s needs and resident activities. Physical Demands : Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day.
It is estimated an Assistant Lead Maintenance technician will spend 99-100% of their time moving and on their feet. Frequently moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.
Frequently transporting and moving appliances up to 100 pounds in and out of apartments and across various distances. Must have the ability to climb, stoop, bend and grasp objects.
Visual acuity to perform the following : transcribing, operating machines, and motor vehicles, determining accuracy and neatness of work assigned, as well as visual inspection involving small defects and parts.
Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting position or stationary standing position 90% of the time.
