ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeeper in Cloverdale, California.
What you'll do :
Our h ousekeepers make sure that our resorts are clean and tidy to ensure that our guests have a five-star experience.
Your job will include :
- Housekeepers clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed, including mopping , dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
- Housekeepers also clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
- Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintain them to our standards.
- Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- As a housekeeper you will also assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
- Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
- Assist your Resort Manager in responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern.
- Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
- Housekeepers may also drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and / or pick up supplies as needed.
- Work closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communications and make sure that the resort team is integrated and coordinated.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Experience & skills you need :
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Organizational skills and attention to details.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Estimated Compensation : 17 / hr, all hours paid.

Housekeeper
POSITION SUMMARY
Assures completion of all housekeeping and laundry tasks. Assumes responsibility for general cleanliness of the building.
Monitors needed janitorial and maintenance work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to all components of the above position summary the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities are essential to successful performance in this position
Essential Functions
- Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Residents.
- Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
- Communicates chemical, supply and equipment needs to Executive Director.
- Maintains required records; uses Maintenance Request Log appropriately.
- Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
- Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
- Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
- Provides laundry services as needed and / or directed.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
- Observes problems, concerns, and issues observed with Resident units, the community, and the grounds and communicates them appropriately.
- Observes changes in Resident status, needs, or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
- Observes other problems and communicates them appropriately.
- Observes all work, safety, and administrative rules.
- Adheres to all established policies and procedures.
- Records Resident information as required.
- Avoids loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, security, work, safety, and other emergencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper
HOUSEKEEPER
The HOUSEKEEPER is responsible cleaning and maintaining the appearance of all public areas of the work site, cleaning and sanitizing patient / client rooms, changing bed / bath linens, deep cleaning of assigned areas, sweeping / mopping floors, removing trash and meeting / event set-up.
In addition, the HOUSEKEEPER is responsible for restocking Housekeeping supplies.
The successful candidate will possess the following :
- One year housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospital or similar environment
- Laundry experience required preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping supplies including cleaning chemicals
- Knowledge of deep cleaning / maintaining multiple areas of a hospital including patient rooms (occupied and un-occupied), nursing stations, lounges, cafeteria / kitchen, waiting areas and offices
- Experience with floor maintenance

- Dusts furniture, woodwork, equipment. Mops floors. Polishes and cleans fixtures in all areas as needed. Wet mops rooms, halls, stairways, and public areas.

Housekeeper
Based in Beverly Hills, UTA is seeking a professional Housekeeper who will be able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to supervise the work activities of the housekeeping personnel to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests and employees that will contribute to maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
This role will pay $18.50 per hour.
What You Will Do :
- General office, workspace, and kitchen maintenance
- High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings
- Stock kitchen supplies and maintain kitchens for cleanliness
- Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed
- Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
- Ensure all pantries are stocked based on Agent or Executive preference
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items

The Housekeeper is responsible for always keeping our facility clean and sanitary for the health and safety of clients and our employees.
Responsible for the cleaning of the entire facility inside and out. Facility must be clean, free of dust and cobwebs, vacuum, bathrooms clean and sanitary.
Responsible for laundry of all linens, towels, rugs etc. Ironing required on some items. General responsibility for appearance of home, office, and group room.
Everything picked up and put away. Reports as needed any items that you see need repair or replacement. Must attend staff meetings.
