Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for contributing to concept development and to the translation and extension of brand concepts into effective visual communication designs for digital and print campaigns.

Under the direction of a Graphic Design Manager, you will work hands-on with several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development.

You will be responsible for executing projects with guidance of the senior creative staff.

The Graphic Designer should have attention to detail, be pro-active, have a strong work ethic, good customer experience / people skills in line with our company’s core values, the ability to multi-task under ever changing deadlines;

have a creative eye for design, composition, typography, and photo selection with the ability to edit and touch up images.

You will be involved in conceptualizing and executing new creative for email, digital ad and web assets, social media, print collateral, as well as executing on existing branded templates.

A good knowledge of the following tools and skill sets are required :

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac) : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,

with skillful use of typography, design layout, and photo editing.

A working knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, video editing, animation, or email design best practices including responsive design, HTML / HTML5 / CSS and / or any email service provider (ESP) or email content builders such as : Acoustic, Message Composer, or Litmus is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Design opportunities will include, but are not limited to conceptualizing, designing, developing, implementing, and A / B testing email marketing promotions, digital newsletters and blogs, social and digital display ads, remarketing / retargeting display ads,

print collateral, designing logos and branded campaigns, along with other various informational and promotional materials.

  • Producing attractive and effective designs for all media platforms
  • Design and execution of email campaigns (new creative as well as branded templates)
  • Supporting the team throughout the execution of digital campaigns and printed projects
  • Liaising effectively with internal clients and other team members
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback

Qualifications and Skills required :

Bachelor’s Degree with a major / concentration in : Graphic Design / Communication Design / Advertising Design / Digital Communication / Graphic Communications / Visual Communication Design / or other related degree from an accredited university or college and demonstrated technical knowledge and equivalent work experience.

  • 1-3 years graphic design experience in addition to general graphic design knowledge

Position

Working in collaboration with internal departments and senior leadership, the Marketing Specialist contributes to the continued leadership and growth of MHVillage in the online advertising space and support s the needs of the marketing team as well as both internal and external clients .

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Vice President Marketing, you will work hands-on with several projects at a time and will be involved in assisting with the analysis, implementation and management of organic and paid search initiatives, traffic generation and conversion optimization, content strategy and development, e-mail marketing and social media campaigns, and other marketing projects as directed.

The Marketing Specialist should have exceptional attention to detail, be pro-active, have a strong work ethic, good customer experience / people skills in line with our company’s core values, the ability to multi-task under ever-changing deadlines , and proven direct-response copywriting skills .

Primary Responsibilities Include :

Responsibilities and essential functions of this position include but are not limited to :

Assists with monitoring and evaluating search results and performance across the major search channels to maintain and improve organic rankings .

Works with marketing and development team members to help create and manage landing pages, e-mail campaigns and lead generation programs .

Analyzes consumer behavior and site analytics across the MHVillage network to help identify trends, insights and opportunities .

Assists with analysis and recommendations on site structure, processes and content to ensure best practices and maximum ROI are consistently achieved .

Contributes to content strategy by assisting with the development and coordination of blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos, webinars and other marketing deliverables.

Assists with the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, the MHVillage advertising network and other digital channels.

Helps conduct A / B split testing to optimize landing pages, conversion s, customer journey and lead generation .

Assist s with the coordination of trade shows, events and sponsorships, including displays, promotional items and marketing collateral .

Works effectively with internal clients and other team members .

Assist s with social media marketing, website maintenance, and other digital marketing activities as directed .

Research es and coordinate s marketing services including pricing, suppliers, and production times for various marketing projects as needed .

As one of the essential functions of this role, this position assists with the coordination of the organization’s promotional presence at industry events including display management, shipping, swag inventory management, staff registrations, travel arrangements, sponsorships and marketing collateral.

This function also involves a ttend ing industry events and conferences to unpack, assemble, disassemble, pack and ship the organization’s trade show displays (moving around large event venues, lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 lbs ) , and works the organization’s booth to understand the needs of customers and prospects, and identify market opportunities .

Miscellaneous responsibilities as requested by executive management and required by the business needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in MS Office and / or Google Apps, and e-mail marketing platforms like Klaviyo , MailChimp, etc.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

What you’ll do :

As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry / construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more.

You work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.

Your job will include :

Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property .

Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.

Communicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.

Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.

Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.

Mow, weed , edge and otherwise maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds.

Conduct irrigation systems repairs.

You will be required to move heavy objects and you may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.

Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills & experience you need :

High school diploma or the equivalent experience.

1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours .

What you'll do :

Our h ousekeepers make sure that our resorts are clean and tidy to ensure that our guests have a five-star experience.

Your job will include :

  • Housekeepers clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed, including mopping , dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
  • Housekeepers also clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
  • Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintain them to our standards.
  • Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
  • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • As a housekeeper you will also assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
  • Assist your Resort Manager in responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern.
  • Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
  • Housekeepers may also drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and / or pick up supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with management and the management staff to maintain open communications and make sure that the resort team is integrated and coordinated.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

Experience & skills you need :

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
