About the role

As a Global Hospitality Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing best in class customer service support to clients and personnel requesting reception, facility, conference room, emergency notification and travel support services.

Other key responsibilities include :

  • Utilizing a customer interaction system to provide high-quality, knowledgeable and consultative customer service and administrative support for workplace experience related tasks such as reception, facility, host, conference room, emergency notification and travel support services
  • Curating experiences in the workplace to make the internal and external client feel valued, part of the community, and always impressed by the level of service
  • Providing high touch customer service to all visitors and guests
  • Contributing to a team environment that ensures all Agents are equally taking ownership of department tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensuring cross departmental collaboration to guide an inquiry to the appropriate resource

About you

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills with the intention to go above and beyond for every request
  • Possess the ability to assess situations and take action without the direction of others

And have :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of three (3) years of prior workplace experience, receptionist, technology, hospitality or inbound customer service call center experience desired;
  • Administrative experience and familiarity with professional services organizations

Compensation & Benefits

Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.

Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

AT SONDER YOU WILL :

  • Respond to day-to-day guest requests, issues, and other outreach using the Sonder Service Principles

  • Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., upholstery stain removal, light bulb replacements, access to units, wifi connectivity or overseeing contractor appointments)
  • Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks in our units to ensure that hospitality standards are met consistently and robust feedback to our vendors is relayed in a timely fashion
  • Assist with inventory duties such as preparing turnover kits, receiving deliveries, and tracking linen / consumables use
  • Maintenance and organization of working spaces including office, storage closets, warehouse and others, as assigned
  • Travel to multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market, as required
