This role performs business development and manages multiple healthcare facility projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum 10 years of architectural experience in design the healthcare facilities.
This candidate will support Houston Office with healthcare design and construction projects and should be knowledgeable of local healthcare clients.
They will manage and direct healthcare project team and must possess a strong desire to excel and lead in a fast paced and client-focused environment.
This person will also be responsible for the preparation and management of design and construction documents for healthcare clients.

- Lead design team and consultants in healthcare projects
- Mentor junior staff on various design techniques, standards, codes and software applications
- Conduct business development and cultivate client relationships

- Monitor the status and quality of project deliverables and developing project documents at all stages of design, and engage in construction administration activities.

THE POSITION
The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) works as an inside business development salesperson and will serve as the key point of contact for all professional patient referrals within a dedicated assigned book of accounts.
Accounts will consist of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other tertiary senior services professionals. This position will be responsible for identifying new account opportunities in addition to growing the number of professionals within each account that currently refer to APFM.
The HCAR is responsible for achieving the number of direct patient referrals to meet or exceed monthly referral and divisional move-in goals.

What you will do :

- Generate 25 or more appropriate direct referrals each month, producing an outcome of 8-10 or more move-in’s per month from your direct referral pipeline

Preconstruction Manager - Healthcare
The Healthcare Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the entire preconstruction process from the initial concept to the final design and contractor selection.
They guide projects from early design until start of construction while maintaining the client's budget, implementing phasing and contracting requirements, and keeping the design team on schedule.
This position works closely with Project and Program Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Clients to align preconstruction services to the overall mission of a given project or program and to insure the highest level of professionalism and service to clients.
In this role you may be required to travel up to 15% of the time.
