The Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) is an outside healthcare sales representative who’s responsible for generating sales leads and membership by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients to ChenMed.
MGC is the first of three separate tiers as part of the overall MGC Success Plan and growth career path at ChenMed.
The incumbent in this role is developing skills to arrange, design, and orchestrate sales events and to develop fun and cost-effective techniques to keep senior participation and satisfaction high, in part to drive referral sales from satisfied patients to help fuel membership growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA :

THE POSITION
The Healthcare Account Representative (HCAR) works as an inside business development salesperson and will serve as the key point of contact for all professional patient referrals within a dedicated assigned book of accounts.
Accounts will consist of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other tertiary senior services professionals. This position will be responsible for identifying new account opportunities in addition to growing the number of professionals within each account that currently refer to APFM.
The HCAR is responsible for achieving the number of direct patient referrals to meet or exceed monthly referral and divisional move-in goals.

The Healthcare Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the entire preconstruction process from the initial concept to the final design and contractor selection.
They guide projects from early design until start of construction while maintaining the client's budget, implementing phasing and contracting requirements, and keeping the design team on schedule.
This position works closely with Project and Program Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Clients to align preconstruction services to the overall mission of a given project or program and to insure the highest level of professionalism and service to clients.
