The company is seeking an experienced professional with a background within largescale OCCUPIED healthcare facilities.
Your role as Senior Superintendent will be to effectively monitor, direct, and coordinate the field operations. The superintendent shall work with the balance of the project team to effectively deliver successful projects for our client.
Primary focus will be working on large scale OCCUPIED healthcare facilities.

- Strong comprehension of plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings
- Plan and supervise field activities including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
- ICRA and PCRA experience required.
- Oversee, manage, and mentor the next generation of field leadership.
- Effectively coordinate subcontractors sequencing and performance.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required
- Monitor field compliance with project safety program requirements; ensure corrective measures are implemented in coordination with our client’s award winning safety department.
- Maintain liaison with other departments (Quality, Equipment, Safety, etc.) to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc.
support field activities and project schedule.
- Ability to complete field related digital paperwork in timely and complete manner
- Adhere to SWPPP requirements
- Ability to escalate issues in a timely manner
- Perform timely and accurately project close out procedures (As-Builts, Punchlist, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent and large scale ($150m+) OCCUPIED health care projects.
- Must have experience working with ICRA and PCRA.
- Strong leadership skills

Contract Administrator
Summary
This position will work in the Crude Oil Contract Administration Group reporting to the Contract Administration Manager.
This will include Gathering, Long-Haul Pipeline, Terminal & Bulk Marketing Cargo Confirmations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Work alongside Commercial and Legal to draft Contracts, Memorandums, Notification Letters and other standard form documents as well as respond to Customer paper.
Liaison with external Customers and Compliance department in effort to complete the external KYC registration process for ET Crude Oil business entities.
Complete informational and gathering requests in response to external questionnaires. Provide weekly status updates.Coordinate, track and report the KYC onboarding process for external customers between Bulk Trading, Compliance, Commercial, Credit and Customer.
Gather documents from customers and direct information between various internal departments to process new Business Entity set ups and maintenance requests for Business Development and Marketing Commercial departments.
Support Scheduling with preparing and distributing Maintenance Notices, Shipper communications, Connecting Carrier Notices as well as assist with responding to any Crude Oil demurrage claim.
Work with Commercial, Project Managers and CIAC to invoice and track reimbursable projects.Route and coordinate documents for approval and execution in Docusign.
Maintain the Repository with timely, accurate contract files and related records.Develop, maintain, and publish reports from the Repository pertaining to and following the internal records retention policies.
Implement and maintain newly designed CLM system for all contracts.Develop, collaborate and maintain processes designed to prepare Accounting Advice Briefs summarizing contract terms.
Track contractual obligations and administer contract trigger events.Develop, maintain processes to audit settlement statements / invoices for new and amended settlement terms.
