Overview
Works under the supervision and leadership of the RRMC Valet / Protection Manager. Functions to provide excellent customer service to those who select the RRMC Valet service to assist in their healthcare needs.
Provides services and assistance to guest utilizing the Valet service to include assistant to / from vehicle, locating wheelchairs, Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Provides valet parking services to safely and efficiently move guest automobiles to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures.
This function may include assisting with loading and unloading of personal items, providing information in regard to the hotel's facilities and events, and directions to local attractions, campus beautification.

Maintains positive public relations with valet customers and general public. Escorts employees, visitors, and patients as requested.
Assists with transportation and lifting of guest / patients as requested. Assists patients / guest in and out of vehicles as necessary.
Directs and assists patients, visitors, employees, contractors, and other members of the public to the appropriate parking areas.
Directs persons to the appropriate entrance of the facility. Assists with employee, contractors, and visitor badging, ensures all persons are in compliance with established policies.
Monitors the campus to prevent and detect criminal activity. Reports violations to Protection Management in a timely manner.
Utilizes downtime to maintain entrance points free of debris, discarded cigarettes, trash, etc.
- Monitors / supports personal and departmental productivity to meet needs of department, i.e., flexing hours, shift changes, time off.
- Provides appropriate and detailed information in Rcare reports about incidents or concerns with Valet service, damage to vehicles or dissatisfied customers.
- Demonstrates an understanding of RHS Rcare principles and actively promotes these principles / concepts in daily interaction with guest / patrons using the Valet service.
- Consistently demonstrates the skills needed to manage time to complete mandatory assignments, suggest ways and opportunities to manage / improve the Valet service, reduce Valet wait times, car retrieval.
Qualifications
Education
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
1-3 years Healthcare setting experience (Preferred)
Licensure
Valid Driver's License required. Must be maintained and in good standing throughout employment. Satisfactory driving record with a positive points balance required.
Hours
Monday-Friday, hours vary between 6 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm

GENERAL OVERVIEW
Assumes and maintains responsibility for the patient and the onset of transferred care to the final disposition in the transport environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates clinical assessment skills and care planning skills.
- Provides safe and effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including EMS, for the plan of care from presentation through disposition.
- Monitors safety of self and others working in and around the aircraft.
- Participation in quality assurance programs such as chart audits and case reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Current RN PA license in good standing
- Minimum five (5) years recent Emergency or ICU Registered Nurse experience within a level 1 trauma center or tertiary center
- OR FP-C with 4 years (8320 hours) flight paramedic experience and 1 year (2080 hours) of RN ICU experience at an ICU designated acceptable by the LifeFlight Medical Director
- ACLS, PALS, BLS all required
- Advanced Certification of : must have minimum of one : CEN or CCRN or CTRN or CFRN is required
- Current PA PHRN certification
- CFRN Certification is required 1 year after successful completion of the orientation program
- NRP / PHTLS are required within 6 months of hire
- Must meet height and weight restrictions

Looking for fast moving ambitious self starters who can work to clean new and used vehicles and body shop repaired vehicles.
We can train but basic detail skills are helpful.
Looking for employees who are attentive to the proper clean up of vehicle exterior and interior.
They must have skill to find areas of clean up that need attention and fullfill the duty to deliver clean vehicles to our customers.
The job also requires over seeing cleaning duties for showroom service department and rest areas.
Driver license is required and ability to navigate throughout the city to run errands and deliver parts,cars and equipment to our other locations.
