Summary
This position is located in Tulsa, OK at our Tulsa Integration Center (TIC).
This position will provide financial guidance and oversight for Aristocrat’s Manufacturing and Operations functions based in Tulsa.
Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and production metrics, overseeing financial controls and accounting close, contributing to the strategic planning process, and guiding departmental managers on financial performance.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to provide strategic and tactical business support that guides and influences key decision makers in the achievement of key business objectives
Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with accounting best practices and relevant accounting principles
Support the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning activities and quarterly forecast process
Ensure accuracy of standard costs, bills of materials (BOMs), transfer prices and inventory profit eliminations
Assist with inventory management and coordination of cycle counts and investigation of variances
Create and manage production capacity / FTE reports that stakeholders will use to drive decisions and target staffing levels against projected production volumes
Assist in the definition, calculation and summarization of key business metrics for site-level management
Identify process improvement and cost savings opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of experience with Supply Chain / Manufacturing accounting (including standard costing, purchase price variances, inventory valuation and manufacturing variances)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence senior executives
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP preferred, but not required
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented

Instructional Delivery and Assessment :
- Develop year-long Oklahoma standards-based unit plans and lesson plans that meet all scholars’ learning needs.
- Use assessment data to modify short and long-term plans in order to promote all scholars ’academic performance.

Academic and Cultural Support
- Collaborate with content and grade-level teams to promote an environment of critical thinking and academic rigor.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with scholars and families based on trust and respect.

We are searching for a highly-analytical director of finance to oversee our company’s financial planning and accounting operations.
In this position, you will not only be an accomplished accountant and proactive with company finances but will also be strategically knowledgeable and aware in order to provide advice on the best path of growth for our business.
Your duties include establishing targets, developing budgets, and performing financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities :
Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
Perform regular financial analysis.

Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees including management accountants and external auditors.
Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
Guarantee compliance with all financial laws and guidelines including but not limited to GAAP.
