Summary
This role will be a part of the Americas General Ledger team, part of Global Finance Services (GFS), with the purpose of driving a continuous improvement mindset across the team, contributing to process and operational improvements to the team, with an initial focus on Gaming Operations and Game Sales through applying accounting best practices and system knowledge to focus areas, building enhanced reporting, and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making across the team.
The role will support the strengthening of the culture of continuous improvement and help the GL team improve their processes for both effectiveness and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Assist Manager with creating culture of continuous improvement in the GL team
Continuously meet with GL and other business partners to identify areas for improvement and then help drive solutions that create efficiencies
Applies Americas subject matter expertise to Global GL group this will be especially critical as the rest of the regions transition to D365
Assist with facilitation of Monthly Continuous Improvement sessions and trainings develop training materials and lead trainings
Process intake ideas and report requests submitted through CI portal
Work with Manager and GL leaders to prioritize initiatives
Work with GL team members to gather requirements
Work with Analyst / Specialist of Data Insights when new or updated reporting is needed
Provide accounting expertise and insights to Analyst / Specialist of Data Insights
Take on a mentorship role to the Analyst / Specialist of Data Insights
Gaming Operations and Sales Support
Identifies, develops, and assists with building of reports to support GL team revenue specific requirements
Partner with Billing team and AR to drive Revenue focused improvements
Ad-hoc support to GL team in researching initiatives and resolving issues. Additionally, provide root cause analysis when issues do arise to proactively address to prevent future issues
Finance Systems / ERP
Serve as ERP SME for GL and Continuous Improvement COE teams
Builds and embraces knowledge of the technology eco-systems supporting financial reporting (D365) to identify improvement opportunities to help drive efficiency and process improvement across the GL team
Support global standardization by partnering with EMEA accounting team to identify areas that can be aligned with Americas GL processes.
Support global expansion and standardization by helping to improve EMEA current ERP and identifying improvements to increase efficiency pending EMEA’s future adoption of D365
Data Insights
Works with GL team and stakeholders to identify data insight gaps and builds roadmap to deliver improved insights using various technology tools
Supports troubleshooting of live issues with data and reporting across the team
Challenges data quality and integrity, building program to enhance the robustness of data quality
Inputs GL needs into broader finance transformation initiatives on data to support company efficiency and growth
Transformation Initiatives
Works with Finance Leadership team to review existing end-to-end processes to identify and then implement, integrate, or improve to gain more E.A.S.E. in our processes
Identify opportunities / develop and build the self-serve of data reports to meet team and stakeholder requirements
Support GFS colleagues on broad reporting initiatives and drive combined efforts and definitions sharing best practices
Support Company expansion and growth initiatives by documenting and standardizing accounting processes of newly acquired entities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, learning science, data analytics, applied analysis psychology, statistics, or a closely related field.
Masters a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with accounting departments and continuous improvement a plus

What You'll Do
Responsibilities include :
Management and interpretation of inventory and space forecasts / analyses

What We're Looking For

- Must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency as well as aptitude with explanatory analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis.

What You'll Do
Aristocrat Technology is seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our North America and LATAM transportation and logistics strategy.
This position supports the strategic alignment of freight movements between our supplier network, integration centers, and deliveries to our customers.
The role requires timely performance, development of strong vendor relationships, and cost savings initiatives. As part of a center led global logistics team, you will drive results in accordance with company objectives, policies, and procedures.
You will help develop and move the logistics strategy to a high maturity network model. The manager will keep up to date on industry changes, provide insight on industry trends and guidance on industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Work with internal stakeholders (SDC, Operations Delivery Coordinator, Tech manager), and external providers (Transportation suppliers) to coordinate and achieve regional goals while ensuring the logistic model is executed according to gaming regulations and governmental requirements.
Manages internal transfers with the assistance of Global Trade Compliance, assuring orders are imported to regional countries in compliance with foreign trade, and custom regulations.
Develop analytical models of our shipping data to support proctess and cost improvements within our network.
Coordinate shipping of inventory for both EGMs and parts stocks, assuring availability under ideal levels.
Initiate RFQ’s as needed, with the support of the Global Logistics team and assist in leading negotiations with our freight carriers, both domestically and abroad.
Create and implement internal and external processes and procedures (SOPs) for logistics activities.
Establish and govern supply chain performance goals (ex : on-time delivery, cost, etc.) through metrics and continuous improvement strategies.
Support Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation, onboarding of suppliers and carriers, manage transportation data and reporting requirements.
Hold QBRs with Carrier’s to ensure KPIs are met according to each business unit’s needs.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to mature our logistics model and drive cost savings.
Participation with Sales and Operations meetings, mid-point & closeout meetings.
Implement and maintain delivery model, which includes on time delivery of goods, parts support, material movements and other services in Aristocrat’s service portfolio.
Coordinate with the Director of Operations (LATAM) and own the LATAM logistics regional budget that includes pre-approving all logistics expenses for the region, transportation, customs, freight, shipping and warehousing costs.
10% national and international travel.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics / transportation.
Minimum 3 years working in a global capacity.
Fluent in Spanish; must be able to read and write in Spanish.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in DOT regulations, TMS application, small package, TFL, LTL, and carrier management.
Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution, or Lean Six Sigma a plus.
Proficient with technology and able work with data to provide detailed analysis.
Ability to navigate systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.)
Outstanding communication and organization skills.

Summary

This position will provide financial guidance and oversight for Aristocrat’s Manufacturing and Operations functions based in Tulsa.
Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and production metrics, overseeing financial controls and accounting close, contributing to the strategic planning process, and guiding departmental managers on financial performance.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to provide strategic and tactical business support that guides and influences key decision makers in the achievement of key business objectives
Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with accounting best practices and relevant accounting principles
Support the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning activities and quarterly forecast process
Ensure accuracy of standard costs, bills of materials (BOMs), transfer prices and inventory profit eliminations
Assist with inventory management and coordination of cycle counts and investigation of variances
Create and manage production capacity / FTE reports that stakeholders will use to drive decisions and target staffing levels against projected production volumes

What We're Looking For
