REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :

Must have at least a bachelor’s degree. (In lieu of bachelor’s degree, may have at least 10 years of experience as an executive assistant.)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Must have at least five (5) years' experience as an executive assistant.
  • Must be able a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have experience in preparing, controlling, and distributing correspondence.
  • Must have experience in maintaining calendars, updating, adjusting, and coordinating to assure no meetings are missed.
  • Must have experience in coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Must have experience in recording meeting minutes.
  • Must have experience in creating documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
