Custodian
Reporting to the Head Custodian, the incumbent cleans and maintains office / housing / shop / food or medical service facilities at the assigned work site.
Successful completion of the duties of this position contributes to the attractiveness, safety and functionality of the facilities supported.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cleans rooms and halls, restrooms, offices and other work areas performing any combination of the following duties : wiping surfaces, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, replenishing supplies, dusting, polishing, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Removes trash and other refuse.
- Dusts equipment, furniture and fixtures; polishes metal fixtures and trimmings; and cleans restrooms and showers.
- Strips / waxes floors using hand / power equipment.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and other maintenance services as assigned.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
- Work is occasionally performed in a shop or other facility environment that is moderately lighted, heated and ventilated, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts and sweepers in shop area.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
- Frequently lifts items weighing 15-25 pounds and occasionally in excess of 45 pounds.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and vibration.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions;
and risk of electrical shock.

REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver’s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
Possess familiarity with hand and power tools / equipment, including vacuums, floor polisher and associated cleaning products.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Qualify for and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance.

Executive Assistant
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing executive administrative assistance, and records management (maintenance, retrieval and archiving).
- Obtaining and maintaining a security clearance up to the Secret level.
- Providing executive administrative support to DASD(HRP&O).
- Preparing, controlling, and distributing correspondence for the DASD(HRP&O.
- Maintaining the Office of the DASDO calendar, updating, adjusting, and coordinating to assure no meetings are missed and the DASD and the XO are prepared for each event.
- Coordinating ODASD(HRP&O) travel and pre-travel information products and briefings.
REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :
Must have at least a bachelor’s degree. (In lieu of bachelor’s degree, may have at least 10 years of experience as an executive assistant.)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Must have at least five (5) years' experience as an executive assistant.
- Must be able a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have experience in preparing, controlling, and distributing correspondence.
- Must have experience in maintaining calendars, updating, adjusting, and coordinating to assure no meetings are missed.
- Must have experience in coordinating travel arrangements.
- Must have experience in recording meeting minutes.
- Must have experience in creating documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS.
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance up to the Secret level.
