- Disassemble damaged and broken equipment so that it can be more easily repaired, then reassemble pieces after repair work has been successfully completed.
- Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure they are operational, safe and clean for our residents.
- Use hand or power tools to disconnect, connect or adjust tubing, wiring and other parts as needed.
- Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required :
- High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of basic maintenance functions, including basic electric, painting and HVAC.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Preferred : Prior experience working in general maintenance, plumbing or HVAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Pull parts orders as assigned and deliver on-site to technicians and / or customers
- Participate in inventory, stocking, and housekeeping maintenance
- Work together and communicate with team members to optimize efficiency
- Work closely with team members to ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Keep an open mind and communicate ideas for improvement to the efficiency in our processes
REQUIREMENTS :

- This position requires times when you will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and in a stationary position (e.g.
located in our parts receiving area) for up to 50% of the time.
There will be extended periods of time spent on foot and walking between departments on site. Frequently moves parts equipment weighing up to 50 pounds across department areas for stocking and delivery needs.
The person in this position also needs to move about inside and outside our facility to access vehicles, file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The person in this position also frequently communicates with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Change tires & ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
