Job Description
As a Truck Driver in the Army National Guard, you are the backbone of military support. By transporting cargo and supplies, you’ll play an integral role in keeping the Guard moving forward.
In this role, you will operate all wheeled vehicles and equipment over various terrain and roadways; manage load, unload, and safety of personnel being transported;
employ defense techniques; identify, correct, or report vehicle deficiencies; and prepare vehicles for movement / shipment by air, rail, or vessel.

Job training for a Truck Driver consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll learn basic Soldiering skills, and seven weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), which includes practice in driving several types of military vehicles.
Part of this time is spent in the classroom and part in the field.

Summary : To provide efficient and courteous assistance to guests by providing shuttle trips to and from any location on the resort, according to Big Cedar Lodge standard operating procedures, to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
1. Do pre-trip checklist daily.
2. Read Pre-shift Report daily.
3. Greet guests with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times.
5. Check that the shuttle van has a full tank of gas at the beginning of the shift and within the last four hours of the shift be sure to refill the tank.
6. Log the shuttle in or out when used.
7. Acquire a working knowledge of the Resort, in-House facilities and local information to respond to guest questions as required.
8. Perform authorized messenger duty for the Resort and guests as required.
9. Assist guests with luggage when needed including but not limited to room swaps.
10. Deliver early morning newspapers.
11. Report damage to vehicle, regardless of how minor to Loss Prevention.
12. Report any accidents immediately to Loss Prevention and your manager.
13. Assist arriving and departing guests as needed.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.
