WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Work with Product to manage requirements, then organize technical efforts.

Responsible for work intake for the engineering teams and assign work to the right teams and ensure the delivery of that work.

Work with solution architects to develop the detailed end-to-end architecture for highly performant and reliable data systems.

Coordinate among multiple engineering teams and charters to deliver holistic designs.

Create detailed and reliable scope and schedule estimates for the engineering teams.

Take large, complex projects, break them into manageable pieces, and deliver timely results.

Responsible for the timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Partner with project managers to identify impediments early and drive the engineering teams to meet the timelines.

Manage cross team dependencies and work with tech leads on solutions.

Ensure that project risks are identified, tracked, and communicated to leadership.

Define and execute programs delivering data as a product, including writing formal documentation such as project charters or program narratives to enable large, distributed, worldwide systems while meeting stringent privacy and compliance requirements.

Document work and help maintain our existing documents using Confluence, Google Docs, Lucid Charts and other such tools stack.

The Client Delivery Manager (CDM) represents the client engagement practice within Insight’s Managed Services organization.
