THE JOB
This is an excellent opportunity for a Creative Director to join the North America Marketing leadership team. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing breakthrough creative ideas to support brand and product marketing initiatives, develop new social media strategy and content plan, and oversee community management across social channels.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US and ensure impactful fan-facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand.
You will have a passion for creative development, design, and extensive experience with social media both organic as well as paid social campaigns.
As the Head of Creative, you will provide direct management of the Social, Creative and Community Management and be responsible for generating content across all marketing and media channels.
We’re looking for an energetic and dynamic thinker and motivator who has a strong mix of creative and marketing acumen. You’ll bring high level thought leadership and storytelling skills that combines commercial goals and assets with what’s happening in sports, music, and popular culture to solve brand’s business challenges in collaboration with the larger Marketing team and Marketplace Org.
You will lead a team of Creative designers, social and community managers and work closely with the rest of the Marketing team, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Creative lead for content strategy and execution across all marketing channels for Ticketmaster across North America.
- Hands on creative concepting, asset development, and creative process management across Web, App, Social, and all Marketing collateral.
- Ownership of creative message, fan engagement and asset production across brand marketing, product marketing, and category marketing campaigns
- Present and facilitate strategic design discussions to senior executives and build strong connections with marketing leaders and other design leads in the organization to ensure the Creative team can support stakeholders effectively
- Design new social media strategy including influencer strategy and community management with support from agency
- Collaboration with in-house Media Strategy & Planning on channel strategy and asset optimization
- Support creative needs of the larger Ticketmaster organization including Concerts and Client Marketing
- Develop career growth plans, identify, and facilitate new areas of growth and training opportunities for the design team to support ongoing learning.
- Curate creative best practices and elevate creative excellence
- Develop processes and identify opportunities for improvements that drive quality and efficiency to help designers accomplish more.
- Direct the production of creative outputs in-house or in collaboration with external agencies

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- 10+ years of experience as a Designer at an agency or marketing department
- 5+ years of experience as a Design Lead / Manager.
- A degree in an Art discipline is preferred.
- A portfolio of personal and team design work including design process and business success.
- Experience building and leading medium-sized teams.
- Experience leading highly visible design projects with a high number of stakeholders involved.

THE JOB
Responsible for cleaning, minor repairs, and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Job Summary : THE TEAM
THE TEAM
The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand the essentials of their business practice, ensure their business objectives are met and clients are able to utilize the various Ticketmaster products / platforms.
THE ROLE
As part of the Event Management team, you will support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs. This includes building events and making updates to events based on work requests from clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position involves collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards, then verifying the output.
The tool knowledge set for the position includes Host and Host applications, EventPro, EMT and TM1 suite products.
- Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
- Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
- Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
- Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
- On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
- From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience, with some exposure and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system
- Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
- Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
- Box Office experience a plus
- Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
- Knowledge of how TM departments impact on one another, and on outside clients is a plus
- Must have the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail

Production Runner/Production Assistant

THE ROLE :
Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events at our venues in the Greater Boston area. As a runner, you will assist in fulfilling the needs of the production department which most commonly includes running errands under the direction of the venue or tour production managers.
Confidentiality is critical to this role.
Several responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Transportation of crew safely to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc before, during and after shows
Purchasing various products / materials required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.)
Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants
Coordinating laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors
Maintaining cash and receipts throughout the day
Providing local area information to touring personnel
Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis
Assist the Venue and Touring Production Team as needed
The interview process will begin in early April with an estimated start date of May 1st 2023.
Personal Requirements :
Good driving record and fully insured with active Driver’s License.
At least 21 years of age.
Personal vehicles are not required, but strongly encouraged.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THE ROLE
The Barista will provide exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and products while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment.
The successful candidate should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and go the extra mile to make their customer’s day with a perfect cup of coffee or beverage.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards.
- Ensure that bar and lounge are tidy at all times.
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the café, lounge and patio.
- Ordering of all coffee bar and bar supplies, stock work and inventory.
- Must be familiar with POS system (Spot On); Entering stock and par levels, managing inventory and pulling reports.
- Reliable and consistent Must be available for overtime for any last minute special events or meetings.
- Perform a variety of tasks including clearing tables of mugs, glasses or dishes, washing glassware, cleaning and organizing coffee / condiment station and taking out trash.
- Adhere to proper safety guidelines at all times
- Assist a variety of duties, including events, and tasks as directed.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
- 1+ year experience in food service / hospitality and previous experience as a Barista preferred
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a personal and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness.
- Reliable and consistent - Must be available for overtime for special events or meetings.
- Professional behavior and appearance at all times.
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and / or move objects up to 30 pounds.
- Successful completion of Tips Server Training within 30 days of employment

The expected compensation for this position in California is :
$17.60 USD - $22.00 Hourly
