Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk position supports the strategic business objective by ensuring the customer receives best-in-class service.
The Data Entry Clerk collaborates with the Senior Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless product workflow and customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Receives phone calls from customers in regards to the online points programs.
- Resets passwords for customers as well as helps navigate through the points program sites.
- Works with customers when items are on backorder from orders placed on points programs.
- Checks on order status for customers.
- Ensures each order is following the natural course.
- Place online orders for customers when customers call in.
- Provides customers with online point balances.
- Assists the Lead Customer Service Representative along with the Customer Service Support Representative where needed.
Required Skills :
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and / or projects at one time.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule daily activities for the most efficient use of time
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate as an independent contributor with little supervision or as an active team member depending on the situation and needs
- Can manage through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task while under pressure
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as cross-functionally
Required Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience working directly with customers as well as heavy data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual English / Spanish required

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary Enters account data into the computer in an efficient and accurate fashion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Other minor duties may be assigned. . Enters account data into the computer with a minimum of data entry errors. Rejects data that is incorrectly coded and returns it to the appropriate department.
Uses advanced editing and coding skills to correct some types of information on source documents. . Ensures that reference books for key entry operations are kept up-to-date.
Places new and revised formats, as well as any new or revised coding, mission targeting, or other guidelines, in the format book.
Reviews processed work to assess its accuracy and identify errors. . Reruns and corrects input data after a batch has been run through the system, and validates credit card numbers and amounts on accounts that cannot be internally processed.

Education and Experience Required : High school diploma or G.E.D, and zero to four years previous experience. Preferred : High school diploma or G.

We are looking to hire a dynamic data entry to join our company's administrative department. In this role, you'll be responsible for entering client information into our electronic storage system, updating existing entries, and organizing hard copies of information appropriately.

- Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
