Planning

• Develop and implement a work plan to produce annual baseline and results reports.
• Develop, pilot, and implement an FCLS progress tracer and reports

Data Intermediary

• Serve as data intermediary for FCLS, ensuring that data collection, analysis, dissemination, and reporting are addressed.
• Work closely with TALS subcontractors to meet state requirements for data collection and reporting.
• Support the use of data for key project partners and efforts, and work with FCLS staff and partner organizations to respond to ad-hoc data requests and projects.
• Expand the use of data by partners through outreach and training activities.
• Ensure close coordination with partner data collection efforts, as well as with other local and regional data gathering and reporting efforts.
• Assist the grant Financial Director in collecting, processing, and analyzing the FCLS financial data, as requested

Baseline and Results Reports

• Develop or enhance data reporting for FCLS annual reports and other publications, including collecting and analyzing data, financial data, drafting the text, and identifying key gaps.
• Negotiate and draft data-sharing agreements with partners, and facilitate data collection as needed.
• Assist with financial report creation as requested

Data to Drive Communications / Social Media / Media

• Deliver data content that can be used for group seminars, forums, and public communications and presentations
• Support year-end reporting, impact reports, and funding requirements
• Will create and update social media, print, and other media content for the grant as required

Surveying

• Conduct key surveys, details of which are to be finalized in consultation with an identified supervisor.
• Analyze key themes from the above surveys

• 1 3 years of related work experience in human services. Specific data experience preferred.

• Utilize all parts of the data analytics pipeline, such as data collection, wrangling, cleaning, analysis, reconciliation, trendlines with attention to detail and accuracy
• Reviewing, balancing and reconciliation of Merchant Funds Processed, Rejected and Settled by various Credit Card Processors
• Translate financial data for multiple payment processors into journal entries for Finance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot reconciliation issues, profitability, margin, pricing and processing

• Monitor merchant & agent rate changes across multiple processing platforms
