ABOUT THE C3V RES PROGRAM

The Community Care Coordination Re-Entry Support (C3 RES) program provides comprehensive care coordination, service navigation, and housing assistance for adults who are incarcerated or recently released from custody and are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.

WHAT IS A DATA ANALYST?

The Data Analyst develops, coordinates, and manages program compliance, quality assurance, records management systems, and program invoicing for the C3 RES program.

In collaboration with the Program Director and Program Managers, the Data Analyst analyzes problems relating to quality management, evaluates alternatives, and identifies and recommends effective courses of action.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst include :

  • Maintain and monitor data systems for the program.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and practice standards of program compliance in line with contract
  • requirements to help the Program Director and Program Managers identify and address organizational development issues.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs aimed at developing staff capacity.
  • Track outcomes and monitor progress against meeting established goals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance and outcome reports for review and submission to the funder by the Program Manager.
  • Analyze programmatic data to determine strengths and gaps.
  • Complete reports for timely submission as required by the County.
  • Provide back-up outreach and case management support to the region as needed.
  • Administer client databases including generating and analyzing reports, user management, and ensuring adherence to Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) policies and procedures.
