Sous Chef responsibilities :

  • Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
  • Creates dishes to meet customer preferences, seasonal variances, and cost objectives
  • Implements and maintains routine cleaning procedures
  • Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with HACCP
  • Support and inspire the team in all areas to ensure ongoing development
  • Must be knowledgeable of Department of Health regulations and standards
  • Ensures team member practices comply with standards

Job Duties

MAIN DUTIES
