ACERTUS is looking for Non-CDL Local Drivers to transport passenger vehicles locally in a safe and efficient manner. We are looking for team players who are committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service.

Your schedule is flexible, and you can work up to 29 hours a week.

WE REQUIRE :

• Must be at least 23 years of age. Candidates over the age of 65 are subject to an additional review process for insurance purposes.
• Must have a valid and current driver’s license
• Clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• One year of driving experience
• Possess excellent professional communication skills.
• Knowledge of laws governing the operation of motor vehicles on public roads.
• Knowledge of how to operate vehicles assigned.
• Ability to follow detailed systems, procedures, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be tech savvy and have regular access to a Smart Phone / Device

As a Non-CDL local driver you will :

• Be able to drive in different weather and road conditions.
• Maneuver assigned vehicles in narrow and constricted spaces.
• Communicate timely and effectively with clients and management
• Prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
• Present electronic and hard copies of documents pertaining to the vehicle
• Submit required documents for processing
• Complete Pre and Post trip ECR (Electronic Condition Report) on all vehicles
• Complete vehicle intake and delivery processes

Summary : Responsible for safe, professional operation of company vehicles for the purposes of local customer order deliveries, purchase order pick-ups and in-store transfers.

Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading their trucks on a daily basis. Position available in Miami 33133 and Key Largo 33037 Responsibilities : Minimum 2 years' experience Responsible for local customer order deliveries, purchase order pick-ups and in-store transfers Responsible for loading and unloading the truck on a daily basis Valid driver's license, CDL Class B-minimum 2 years Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintain cleanliness of the fleet Qualifications : Val id driver's license, CDL Class B-minimum 2 years Able to drive manual and automatic shift Excellent customer service skills Fluent in English Able to work 5 day work week (off on Sundays) Guaranteed a minimum of 5 hours of scheduled weekly overtime.

Must have a Valid CDL with a P endorsement and be able to obtain DOT Health Certifications which are required every two years.

Proof of insurance and availability of automobile. Must have basic computer skills, i.e.. Word, and Excel and must be able to use email.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. constantly.

Drug and Level II (DCF / FBI) background screening required.

• Collecting and loading stock in a manner that prevents breakage.
• Ensuring that the truck has sufficient fuel at all times.
• Stopping for frequent rest breaks along the journey.
• Completing, storing, and submitting all necessary documentation.

• $1800 weekly guaranteed flat rate for 5500 miles, every extra mile will be paid as a $.80 per team ( 40 cents for each driver)
