What you’ll be working on :

Summary :

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) is a critical member of the Solution Delivery team and may serve in an Enterprise-wide capacity.

You are responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Your responsibilities will range from aligning strategy and vision, to driving business and system processes and requirements, across multiple teams (store operations, business, engineering, QA, etc.

The person in this role will be able to gather these requirements and formulate the requirements across the Enterprise.

We are looking for a passionate experienced advocate with strong business acumen and technical skills, that can identify strengths and weaknesses within the Business and IT, then drive new solutions, process, and procedure improvements.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Manage multiple initiatives or initiatives with multiple workstreams.

Job Summary : As a Business Systems Analyst in our Back Office Program, you will be responsible for a mix of project management, application administration, process optimization, business analysis, and production support.

This role will partner with business units in process evaluation and optimization, solution implementation and providing support for Productivity and Service Management applications utilized by internal and external stakeholders such as Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Zendesk.

The ideal candidate has significant experience administering JIRA Service Management and Jira Project, Confluence and Zendesk, including integrations to other tools such as Miro, Qualtrics, Smartsheet and other third party applications.

This role will maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and future needs of the Technology Organization and Customer Service by working directly with stakeholders and in partnership with the appropriate Program Managers and IT Leadership.

The BSA will serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional projects and upstream / downstream systems, with the first major project to aid in the migration to JIRA Cloud and transition tools from DevOps to the Business Applications team.
