Job Description :

  • The BA cum product owner will lead the technology product development. The person will engage with the design team and various stakeholders for the product design, work with the technology group to articulate the product needs and perform requirement analysis :
  • Should have sound knowledge on Wealth management Advisor Front office systems Advisor Desktop, workstation, Salesforce etc.

  • BA / PO will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives
  • Create and manage product roadmap that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering
  • Understand the functionality of various applications and interdependencies
  • Should be comfortable with UX design, UX tools and research best practices
  • Be creatively analytical and out of the box thinker to create greater user experience
  • Be able to collaborate with designers and create basic user interface designs and mockups as required.

Responsibilities :

  • To Interact with business stake holders, Business Analysists and / or actual users to gather the requirements
  • To start the inception process for the project and complete it
  • It includes Architectural analysis with Architect(s)
  • Detailed Analysis with team lead(s) and team
  • To write the Epics / Features for the requirements
  • To Write the user stories (PBIs)
  • To create mockups and prototypes
  • To collaborate with UI / UX experts
  • To Identify the dependencies and call them out
  • Communicate with the external team(s) about the dependencies
  • Work as a bridge between the team and the stakeholders / users
  • Should be available for grooming (refining the backlog) / planning meetings
  • Should be able to clarify the business-related queries from the team

Experience :

10 Years of experience (Overall) / 5 Years Relevant Experience of BA / Product Owner.

General Summary :

Performs business, budget, and financial analysis, forecasting and accounting functions for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Performs highly complex analysis of internal costs, incurred costs, estimates, financial, and statistical information.
  • Assists with the development, preparation, training, and coordination of Department’s operating and capital budgets.
  • Research budget and accounting issues for management and makes recommendations based on the research.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
