BARTENDER JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT : Food and Beverage REPORTS TO : Food & Beverage Supervisor FLSA STATUS : Non-exempt JOB STATUS : Full-Time JOB SUMMARY The Bartender is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers.
Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

Summary
- The Bartender is responsible for greeting customers, taking drink / food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions;
- communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times;

Essential Functions
