Responsible for compliance to Liquor Liability which includes reporting individuals who are suspended of being intoxicated, not serving alcoholic beverages to people who may be legally drunk and / or intoxicated;
checking ID's of suspected minors.
- Responsible for checking all liquor bottles for broken seals.
- Provides courteous customer service to team members and customers.
- Responsible for stocking and checking all beer bottles for broken seals.
- Maintains a clean, well-stocked work area at all times.
- Oversees activities of Barbacks. Provides feedback to Service Supervisor on cocktail staff.
- Responsible for taking inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift.
