- Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter areas.
- Fulfill professional responsibilities of a part-time / temporary faculty member.
- Teach all scheduled classes.

- Provide quality instruction, create and maintain an environment which emphasizes teaching and learning and encourages free discussion of ideas, interests and issues.
Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions.
1. Any Bachelor’s degree AND two (2) years of experience; OR,
2. Any Associate degree AND six (6) years of experience; OR,
3. Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential (valid for life) in Aircraft; OR,
4. The equivalent;

You Have :
3+ years of experience in aviation mine countermeasures (AMCM)

Knowledge of analytical tools for acoustic predictions
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including locations within and outside the United States and at sea on Navy ships

What We’re Looking for in a New Teammate
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and will be a technical expert in electrification of building systems and transportation.
The candidate should be comfortable working across disciplines (planning and engineering) to help clients take electrification projects from strategy through design and construction.
The candidate should also be comfortable speaking and engaging publicly, including at conferences and other public forums.
Aviation experience, or a passion for the industry, is a plus!
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Education
- Experience helping organizations strategize, evaluate, and implement electrification solutions.
- Ability to articulate and calculate electrification benefits to clients, including energy savings, emission reductions, cost savings, incentives, etc.
- Understanding of barriers and challenges to electrification, and a creative mindset for helping clients solve them.
- High level of comfort with electrification concepts, including strong technical grasp of renewable energy development, battery storage technologies, electric utilities, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, and charging infrastructure.
- Strong grasp on the role that electrification plays with respect to achieving decarbonization goals and the relationship between electrification and other decarbonization strategies.
- Client-facing project management experience, or a similar function in an internal capacity.
- Strong professional network of clients and industry partners.
- Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation, team, interpersonal), relational, organizational & analytical skills are required.
