Delivery Driver checks all products for accuracy against quality standards and
delivers products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while
working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other
workstation duties. Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations
standards as defined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, Team Member
Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Responsibilities
Perform duties including
pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking
orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures;
providing quality customer service through positive and professional
interaction with customers in person or by phone, and acting with a sense
of urgency in everything they do. Perform other assigned workstation
duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking
orders.
Work as part of a team and
assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other
workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including
cleaning, at the end of each shift. Enhance the company’s image by
complying with uniform and appearance standards. Contribute to an
atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
Accurately process order
paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management duties, and
use the FOCUS System. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to
increase the check average when taking an order and distributing door
hangers during every shift. Protect the company’s assets by maintaining
organized, safe, and clean work areas; comply with safety and security
standards at all times.

Position Summary :
Penske Logistics is looking for delivery helpers that will assist delivery drivers in moving product from the back of a truck to our customer’s location.
Pay :Specific Activity Helpers are responsible for delivering product to customers. Helper will unload at each stop, typically using a hand truck.
May involve moving and rearranging freight at each stop. Helper must be able to handle moving approximately 150 - 200 pounds on a hand truck.
Helpers are responsible for breaking down pallets and moving product into the store at multiple stops. Helpers are required to deliver cold product (dairy) and ambient (paper and other products) into each store.
Some stores are open during delivery.
Shift - Typical start time is 1 : 00 PM. End time depends on number of stops on each route. Days will be discussed as this is a 24 / 7 operation, however, weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities :
- Assist delivery driver with the loading, and unloading of products up to 50lbs / 23kg and frequently lift and / or move up to 100lbs / 45kg with assistance of another individual.
- Will interact in a professional and courteous manner with customers
- Read bills of lading and identify product, collect necessary delivery receipts as necessary
- May assist in providing navigational assistance to the driver
Qualifications :
- Prior customer service experience, interacting directly with customers, required
- Prior warehouse or dock experience preferred
- Prior delivery assistance experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

Catering Delivery Driver
The RedWagon Delivers is seeking individuals who know how to hustle and grind! Our ideal candidate works for Doordash, GrubHub, and / or Uber Eats, may have experience with catering delivery, and understands that working for RedWagon adds to their total earnings.
They also understand 1099 work and what it means to be an independent contractor.
You must be customer-service oriented and available to make deliveries from a variety of locations in the region. Most deliveries take 30 minutes & occur between the hours of 9AM-2PM.
However, we make deliveries from 6AM to 9PM, 7 days a week. Your availability determines your opportunities. Simple as that! Deliveries will be offered to you as they become available.
We pay by the job, not by the hour. If you feel making $15 to $60 per delivery is not worth your time, please do not apply.

Overview
Incumbent will assist the Driver with unloading of the truck. The Driver and Delivery Assistant will properly distribute product by temperature zone (freezer, cooler and dry).

Responsibilities
- Lift 50lbs frequently on a daily basis
- Pull pallets weighing up to 2500lbs
- Pull and / or push hand trucks up to 500lbs
- Climb in and out of tractor 10-15 times per day
- Climb in and out of trailer 20 times per day
- Walk and carry these weights for up to 8 hours per day
- Sit for various numbers of hours in the tractor during traffic on a regular basis
- Assist the driver with safely stacking or loading, as well as using a loaded hand truck
- Assist the driver with distinguishing between labels in various lighting conditions that may exist in the trailer or truck
- Lift boxes / bags of varying sizes and weights frequently during the course of a day
- Divert traffic to promote a safe environment for a driver to back up into store parking / delivery areas guiding the driver through busy intersections and parking lots
- Navigate through busy intersections safely with stacked hand trucks and pallets
- Interact well with drivers, external customers, and franchisees
- Learn product descriptions to assist in the proper delivery of product at each location
- Assist the driver with placing stock on shelves or racks when requested by driver and / or franchisee
- Assist the driver with directions, and other issues that may arise enroute to maintain a safe working environment for both helper & driver
Qualifications
- Position requires heavy lifting which may also include transporting the product up or down stairs
- Ability to interact well with all employees and external customers
- Ability to follow simple directions
