Core Responsibilities
Lead a team of program managers / consultants that partner with stakeholders internally and across Comcast to plan and deliver business priorities, advertising capabilities and solutions
Build relationships with business, product and technology executives
Develops and executes program processes as necessary and oversees program budgets if assigned.
- Analyze current state processes supporting program delivery and prioritization and recommend improvements to realize greater transparency, efficiency and alignment
- Create and implement program governance processes, deliverables and communications that provide clear and consistent communication of progress towards enterpriseobjectives and ladder up to strategic governancefor an executive audience.
Develops and manages budget and budget tracking if assigned.
- Be the single point of accountability for program delivery progress across several clients and portfolios of work.
- Present confidently to Comcast Advertising / Effectv senior executives as well as other internal and external audiences .
- Oversees training, hiring, performance management and development of staff. Performs staff performance assessments, salary reviews and bonus awards.
- Works with other organizations to continuously improve business processes.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, industry standards and strategic technology focus as appropriate.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Likely requires travel.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Additional Experience :
10+ years of experience leading program delivery and / or strategic planning for a business with deep governance, program management and executive communication skills, ideally honed through prior work experience at a top tier consulting firm
Experience leading priorities through a program delivery lifecycle and gaining commitment from all cross-functional stakeholders including business,product and technology, for those priorities requiring solution development, integration, testing or configuration
Experience analyzing current state processes for gaps and optimization opportunities, then leading delivery and alignment of recommended improvements across all impacted stakeholder groups
Stakeholder relationship management and value creation
Self-motivated with the ability to work in an un-structured environment
Strong operational mindset with a decisive get it done and whatever it takes mentality
Advertising industry experience preferred

Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual, PIZZAcademy, Team Member Handbook, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures;
providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.
Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders.
Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.

To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks an Experienced Manager who will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.
This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.
Job Duties :
The Experienced Manager will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed :
- Strategy, Requirements & Selection : Participates in defining needs for existing, and new NetSuite solutions Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients Understands related security structures and best practices Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options Supports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client
