Job Skills / Requirements
The Receptionist handles front office reception and administration including visitor registration, answering phones and routing calls, handling company inquiries, administrative support and general office duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Answer incoming telephone calls on multiple lines and route / transfer calls as appropriate
- Maintain safe and clean reception area, conference room and training rooms
- Respond to email and telephone requests in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the hiring process and Interviews.
- Assist during meetings as needed.
- Prepared hiring packets and help with the orientation process.
- Take pictures of new hire personnel, prepare documents and make company badges for new employees.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms.
- Prepare documents for training and orientation
- Assist with the orientation and training classes
- Preparing for visitors and corporate meetings
- Provide general office assistance and other duties as may be directed
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills - Nice, Kind, Polite, Courteous, and Respectful
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in email
- Ability to receive, understand and carry out detailed instructions
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with varying timeframes and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with unexpected changes in requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant supports the accounting department and operational teams in ensuring accuracy in reporting client financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
This role also includes some bookkeeping duties.
Principal Job Duties :
- Customer support for various locations involving monthly Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations.
- Account maintenance and new account enrollment, utilizing a proprietary AR System.
- Greet customers and clients with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude and try to assist in any way possible.
- Creating and posting Daily Revenue Reports.
- Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
- Manage customer waiting list via online enrollment option.
- Basic administrative duties.
- Follow any directives from location manager.
Requirements :
- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Should be able to work standard business hours.
- Able to work unsupervised.
Experience :
- Strong customer and / or client service experience.
- Property management accounting experience is preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Job Purpose
Assist Corporate departments in their functions by providing administrative support.
