Account Manager, UberEats (Spanish Required)
About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our post-sales Small-to-Medium Sized Business (“SMB”) Account Management Team. As an SMB Account Manager, at Uber Eats you will work efficiently and optimally with our SMB restaurant partners by deepening the relationship to increase retention as well as grow revenue and expand services. This is a client-facing role as an individual contributor.
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
- Lead a book of business of the highest value SMB account on the Uber Eats platform
- Ensure 100% customer retention for your defined book of business
- Proactively identify key risks within your book of business
- Grow accounts through location expansion and driving adoption with restaurant partners
- Find opportunities to cross-sell related products by working cross-functionally to expand your accounts
- Proactively plan and connect with your book of business through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance delivery
- Champion restaurant partner feedback to help drive insights
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B organization in an outbound account management role (running an existing book of business)
- Fluent in Spanish

- Experience proactively owning the customer lifecycle
- A passion for sales and talking with customers!
- Experience driving deeper adoption within your book of business including, prospecting new contacts, working with end users and account discovery to identify new opportunities or locations
- Self-starter demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets
- CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
For Santa Monica, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $77,000 per year - $85,750 per year.

Partner Manager, Strategic Verticals - Uber Advertising
About the Role
The Uber Advertising team is looking for strategic Account Managers to be founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising Sales team. As a Media & Entertainment Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with our Non-Endemic partners. You will own the Account Management strategy and execution for a portfolio of top Non-Endemic brands. You’ll partner with Non-Endemic Client Partners to drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. Initially, you will focus on first-of-its-kind brand activations within our Uber Rides app. You will report to the Global Head of Ad Sales and Account Management.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Client Partners to develop and handle Non-Endemic Ads strategies that deliver on our partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build relationships with key marketing decision makers within brands in Non-Endemic Uber verticals (Entertainment, Finance, Retail, Travel).
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them
- Join internal kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss sophisticated executions
- Proactively supervise campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and tackle issues
- Coordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
- Uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations to our partners
- Bring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners
- Be the voice of the customer and optimally communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Drive initiatives. You will help build best practice playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time experience, ideally in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running large-scale ads campaigns and partnering with large, complex brands in the Entertainment, Travel, Finance, Tech, Telco, B2B or Retail industries
- Experience building relationships with brand digital advertising managers and agency partners
- Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, communication and problem solving skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality who can navigate ambiguity
For Santa Monica, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $88,000 per year - $97,500 per year.
