ROLE SUMMARY :
Warehouse Pickerare a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As a Warehouse Personnel employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is loaded onto the truck.
You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety. You have all the resources needed to fulfill the aspects of your job, including detailed pick lists and Vocollect picking system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner
Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks
Maintain and track quality control
Maintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipment
Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED required
Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred
Forklift certified preferred
Safe driving record
Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e., hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cold temperatures
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and / or holidays

Warehouse Coordinator
Ensuring Chart’s Success
Operates hand and power equipment for material handling. Compiles and maintains database of inventory records of the quantity and type of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in the warehouse.
Records receipt or disbursement of inventory items and verifies balance, price, and cost. Compare inventory records against physical count of inventory and makes adjustments to or investigates inaccuracies.
May stock and issue materials or merchandise.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be
- Conducts himself / herself in a considerate, professional, cooperative and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors and visitors
- Ability to multi-task
- Complies with all Chart, Inc policies and procedures including Attendance, Code of Conduct, PPE / Dress Code, Teamwork, etc.
- Recognizes and resolves problems related to purchase orders and invoices.
- Utilizes online systems pertaining to UPS, Fed-X, etc.
- Reads and interprets blueprints
- Follows established quality control procedures / paperwork pertaining to shipment and receivers
- Checks parts list for engineering and BOM errors when applicable.
- Utilizes efficient inventory control methods to maintain timely production schedules.
- Approves and processes unusual inventory transactions / shuffles (miscellaneous issuance and receipts) of materials.
Your Education Should Be
High school diploma or GED preferred
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
Exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently

Your Professional Experience Should Be

Warehouse Coordinator
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders.
The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift licence
- High school degree

Warehouse worker night
Overview
- The Warehouse Worker is responsible for completing shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials;
- packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area; driving truck or van to and from vendors; completing preventive maintenance requirements on truck and van;
arranging for repairs; collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments
- Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order- picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely
- Place and / or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse
- Ensure that the wheels of all trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins
- Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations
- Stock forward pick locations in the bottle room and the full case line in a neat and orderly manner
- Restock bottle and case returns from customer orders
- Pick VIA orders for Salesmen and Customers
- Stores out of place product, 360 product and 370 product as directed by the supervisor
- Sort pallets by size
- Handling of broken cases to include the re-boxing of good bottles and sending the broken ones to the dump location
- Leave equipment in good working order and free of all trash for the next shift
- Perform all duties in a safe manner
- Wear all company issued safety equipment
- Report any damage to the equipment and building to a supervisor as soon as it happens
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing / keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting / lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY :
Manage incoming material and receipts, ensuring that items received match those ordered in both characteristics and quantity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Accurately enter material control data into the computer.
- Support the manufacturing area with material by using a forklift or manually.
- Keep warehouse and receiving area organized and clean by properly identifying and shelving material and properly disposing of shipping containers.
- Perform other incidental duties as may be required.
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- This position requires the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with co-workers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
May be required to push, pull, lift, and / or carry up to 100 pounds. Work involves walking, sitting, and stooping, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with your body, arms, and / or legs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
