The Headlines :
In the role of Unit Manager - Warehouse working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Customer Service & Supply team in brewery operations.
You will be responsible for the leadership of plant and people resources within the warehouse on a day to day basis, to ensure the achievement of the brewery’s vision and business plan in terms of value, quality, service and people.
You will ensure high quality products are palletized, warehoused and shipped cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and reliability.
You will lead warehouse operations towards the vision of a high performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards.
You will contribute to the operations manager group on site developing short term tactics and contributing to the brewery strategy over a 5 year time horizon
This position reports to the Sr. Manager Customer Service & Supply and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.
The Responsibilities :
Leads and motivates an overall operational team for the effective operation, quality, asset care, and optimization work of a distribution business unit.
Utilizes MillerCoors World Class Supply Chain 2.0 initiatives and work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation through monitoring and evaluating SPQSCR to continuously improve performance.
Responsible for budget and cost management of the business unit.
Builds and develops a team of employees in the areas of technical and leadership development. Responsible for a team of direct and indirect reports in the warehouse.
Leads and promotes an inclusive and engaging environment.
The Other Qualifications :
Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment.
Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development.
BS or BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preffered.
We prefer you have an advanced degree in Business Management.
Your experience will include a minimum of 6 years’ prior experience in manufacturing / distribution management.
You will also have experience within the order management and scheduling systems.

Cintas is seeking a Loader / Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader / Unloaders are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility for unloading of soiled product, load clean uniforms, floor mats and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes designated for each truck.
Loader / Unloaders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.
