The Role :

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of union warehouse personnel to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost effective and timely manner
  • Responsible for ensuring all jobs are pulled and pre-staged for production in a timely manner
  • Attends daily production meetings, and prioritizes workload based upon the production schedule

The Candidate :

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 5+ years within warehouse / inventory environment required; GMP / FDA regulated industry preferred
  • Strong computer skills are required (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems / programs). JD Edwards preferred
  • Experience using standard warehouse processes : GEMBA walks, supervising junior warehouse staff, cycle counts, etc
  • Experience in cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred. Knowledge of exporting clinical trial materials is preferred. ERP system experience (JDE)
