What You'll Do :
- Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of the position and Company policy
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment
- Assemble various products for shipment
- Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded to be shipped
- Notify supervisor immediately of any shortages
- Carry or transport orders to shipping area
- Repack any orders that require such handling as necessary
- Meet Company standards for productivity
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Receiving
- Basic computer literacy
- Stock shelves in the Warehouse
- Operate forklift and hand jacks in performance of order filling duties as required
- Report any necessary equipment maintenance to immediate supervisor
- Conduct physical inventories as required
- Ensure that all federal, state, local and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation and weights and measures are met
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety

Position Summary Details
The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Essential Functions :
- Cleans and maintains buildings / facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Sometimes using ladders, dust and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and dust and polishes light fixtures.
Washes and replaces blinds.
- Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks.
- May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
- Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including the application of spot cleaning treatment.
- Gathers and empties trash.
- Wipes and cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
- Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
- Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms.
- Periodically cleans overhead vents, dust blinds, and polishes wood furniture.
- Cleans interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

- Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
- Must keep janitor’s closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.

About the Role
This is an exciting new position at Yay Lunch as we grow and change our inventory management across our company. It will be responsible for overseeing our first wave of warehouse setups and operations, including training other staff members.

Warehouse Lead
Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Warehouse Lead, Clinical Storage Operations. This individual is responsible for all warehouse processes including managing replenishment of supplies and distribution materials (shippers moved between Drummond and 3031, replenishment of top protocol materials, etc.

The Role :
- Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of union warehouse personnel to ensure proper response to work demands in a productive, cost effective and timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring all jobs are pulled and pre-staged for production in a timely manner
- Attends daily production meetings, and prioritizes workload based upon the production schedule
- Supports the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Services Decatur Road Warehouse union personnel including the receiving, inventory control, maintenance, and documentation and communications functions
- Generates regular reports as to physical inventory cycle counts, staging issues, and material usage reports
- Responsible for receiving controlled drugs and entering into the DEA cage and vault or returns database

- Perform GEMBA walks and spot checks to ensure inventory is showing in correct location, storage area is neat and tidy and procedures are being followed
- Lead training of other departments and other inventory control team members as needed. Acting supervisor when supervisor is not present
The Candidate :
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years within warehouse / inventory environment required; GMP / FDA regulated industry preferred
- Strong computer skills are required (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems / programs). JD Edwards preferred
- Experience using standard warehouse processes : GEMBA walks, supervising junior warehouse staff, cycle counts, etc
- Experience in cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred. Knowledge of exporting clinical trial materials is preferred. ERP system experience (JDE)
- Physical requirements : Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds;
ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Regular use of telephone and email. Hearing, vision, and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
