Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for performing administrative and physical tasks within a warehouse which involves the storing and distributing of products, materials, supplies, and equipment to points of care within the network.
What will you do in this role :
- You will ensure our clinicians have the supplies they need to provide our patients with high quality care.
- You will read, follow, and execute tasks per sequence defined by electronic or hard copy instructions and workflow.
- You will process receiving of product against purchase orders ensuring proper quantity and quality of product.
- You will physical put away of product into locations.
- You will maintain accuracy of material inventory and locations performing cycle counts as needed.
- You will pick and pack material in an organized and logical manner in preparation for staging.
What qualifications you will need :
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- 3 years of equivalent experience in warehousing

WAREHOUSE RECEIVER
Essential duties and Responsibilities
- Operates forklift and electric pallet jack as needed
- Scan and send all received P.O. documentation over to the accounting team
- Collect checks and payments from drivers
- Pick point of sales orders for customers picking up product
- Perform stock rotation of product
- Prepare daily lists of receiving and shipping instructions
- Receive trucks in a timely and accurate manner to load and unload tractor-trailer trucks per P.O requirements
- Process and re-stock returns
- Scan and place labels on products depending on requirements
- Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage
- Maintain accurate inventories
- Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility
- Timely and accurate slotting of products in rack system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Can read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language sufficiently to perform various tasks of the job, including but not limited to;
read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, communicating with co-workers and the general public, understanding oral and written instructions, accurately completing various shipping papers, reports, and records required of the position
- Ability to operate various types of configuration of equipment assigned, including various types of forklifts and hand held scanners with training
- Prior experience with forklifts and pallet jacks a preferred
- Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanner a plus
- Possess good judgement necessary to perform the functions of the job including; operating a forklift in a safe and lawful manner;
handling customers’ products safely and efficiently, and communicating tactfully and diplomatically
- Ability to work in a cold environment and withstand cold temperatures
- Ability to meet physical requirements including : standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting, pushing, and pulling inventory from shelves;
regular lifting of up to 20 to 100 pounds.
Warehouse Scanner
Position Summary :
To operate a computerized barcode scanner to process returns according to client guidelines.
Hours : Monday-Thursday 6 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm
Starting rate : $12.00
Primary Accountabilities :
Access and operate facility processing system.
Verify dispenser information.
Verify and input various data elements found on the physical product and / or paperwork into manufacturer, product name, size, DIN etc.
Enter the lot #, expiration date, fullness, reason for return, condition of product and any claim or authorization numbers associated with the return.
Physically exact count or estimate product quantities either manually or with the aid of a pill counter’ based on the client’s policy requirements and input into the database
Ensure a license plate is printed and affixed to each item processed.
Presort counted product into correct sort bins or boxes in an effective and efficient manner.
Close a box and affix the summary label to the return form.
Segregate boxes and products that have been identified for QC audit.the database. Scanning the products received and verifying the product information i.e.
Keep work area clean and safe.
Follow established safety and security protocols.
Assist in other team members and in other areas when required.
Advise of any health & safety issues that need to be addressed.
Advise manager or supervisor when processing related products are required. i.e. : boxes, labels, pallets, bags, etc.
Advise manager or supervisor on processing related issues causing downtime or production inefficiencies.
Ensure all PPE and related safety equipment is being used and in good condition.
Clock in at the appropriate location and at the correct time.
Work mandatory overtime as scheduled.
All other duties as requested by management or supervisor.
Required Qualification :
Must successfully pass a background and drug test verification
High School diploma preferred or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the responsibilities of this position.
Working knowledge of computers

Ability to work under time pressure and meet production goals
