- Respond to customers inquiries and provide information about AC Pro products and services.
- Check stock, enter orders, and process returns and transfers.
- Assist with pulling orders, loading, and inventory.
- Create a positive and dependable environment at the branch as front-line representatives of AC Pro.
This would be a good opportunity if you :
- Have knowledge of HVAC products.
- Are computer-literate with the ability to type and perform 10-key entry.
- Demonstrate courteous, accurate, and prompt customer service.
- Are able to regularly work overtime and / or Saturdays.
This position requires some physical abilities including :
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Ability to lift or move 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to reach, feel, grasp, grip, carry, push, and pull.

Description
General Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and / or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
Develops, implements and performs activities required to meet shipping, receiving and inventory goals and quality objectives.
Supervise scheduling of shipments utilizing shipping procedures, routes and rates that use the most cost-efficient platform.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supervises and performs inbound and outbound logistics activities to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately prepares all shipping and export documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing and frequency.
- Implements material flow management to meet production requirements.
- Trains department personnel in roles and responsibilities.
- Supervises and performs the packing of items and the verification of related paperwork.
- Assesses daily workload for resource planning.
- Determines cost effective shipping methods and verifies that complete orders have been shipped and received in accordance with requirements.
- Oversees inventory of all shipping supplies, including boxes, packing materials, tape labels and any special supplies.
- Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving to storage and work locations.
- Coordinates the scheduling of staff members.
- Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies by providing leadership to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals to ensure production goals are met within organization goals of budget, time requirements and high level of quality.
- Develop and maintain work instructions for all tasks.
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through use of lean enterprise and 5S practices.
- Responsible for cycle counting program process and results.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and read and understand work procedures and safety instructions written in the English language.
- Must hold a valid driver license and good driving record to drive company vehicle as needed.
Education / Experience
- GED or high school diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of international shipping and receiving experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership / supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience using FedEx / UPS / DHL online portals.
- Solid understanding of international shipping requirements including commercial invoice and shippers' letter of instruction.
- Understanding of Schedule B, HTS(HS) codes and ECCN numbers.
- Understand how to file shipper's export declaration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Prior ERP system experience - IFS is a plus.

The contractor will coordinate the receipt, storage, issue, tracking, and management of COMNAVAIRPAC pool asset materials such as aviator chairs, mattresses, furniture, clothing, and ceremonial equipment located at COMHSMWINGPAC Property Management Branch, Naval Air Station North Island NASNI).
The Warehouse Worker shall have :
- three (3) years of general supply experience with two (2) years performing warehouse duties.
- the ability to use a computer to properly receive, process, store, issue, and deliver material for COMNAVAIRPAC.
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment and possess a valid forklift license to operate a minimum of 6,000-pound forklift.
- possess a valid California Class C driver's license.
- the knowledge, skills, and ability to document material movement, prepare and submit reports and communicate with customers using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), telephones, and by conducting face-to-face discussions.
- be knowledgeable of Navy protocol and regulations as they pertain to official ceremonies and special events.
- interact with personnel ranging from all levels of civilian leadership, squadron and shipboard sailors up to Commanding Officers.
