Warehouse
Warehouse employees are a vital part of this team by making sure our customers get the right order. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, selecting and loading products within the warehouse.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
Responsibilities :
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Select and prepare customer orders in a manner that insures complete fulfillment of each customer order.
- Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
- Ensure accurate receipt and documentation are included for inbound product.
- Affixes pallet tags and mark materials with other identifying information upon receipt.
- Convey products and materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Places items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined slot assignments.

Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator
Based in the Edmonton office, the Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for successful execution of daily order and materials handling.
This includes co-ordination of all aspects of the order from production to final invoicing. This role liases with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all assigned orders.
Role+Responsibilities
- Confirmation of customer orders
- Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
- Expediting of orders
- Creation of delivery notes
- Invoicing
- Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP
- Crating estimation for air and ocean exports
- Maintenance of inventory
- Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order
- Direct liaison with internal customers including sales, accounting, service, and marketing
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualification+Profile
- College Diploma or certification in procurement is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in similar role
- Intermediate to advanced computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with SAP is an Asset

DM has immediate openings for picker / packers, shippers, receivers and forklift drivers in our Distribution Center in Fresno, CA.
Responsibilities Include :
Count all product, compare to manifest and check all shipments for damage, shortages and overages. Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
Unload inbound trucks and safely move product for storage.
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is picked. Assemble orders for shipment.
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Follow company quality guidelines. Repack and weigh any order that requires such handling.
Report quality variances.
- Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards.

Warehouse Associate
Job Description :
Supports the day to day operations of the Branch providing order and delivery services. Responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED with warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
Must be able to read orders / match orders on shipping tickets to items picked. Basic math skills and reasoning skills. Certification of power-truck equipment.
Operate inventory control equipment, i.e., bar-coding equipment, handheld devices.
Physical Requirements :
This is a safety sensitive position therefore the ability to work in a constant state of alert and in a safe manner is imperative.
Able to move / lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment Position spends a large amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing.
Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
