QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification preferred .
The duties include :
- Data Entry for Quickbooks Online for clients and reconciliation.
- Responding to emails to clients and client's clients. Invoicing the client's clients and chasing for payment via email.
- Any other remote office work as assigned.
Qualifications listed below :
- Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel expertise a must .
- Capability to maintain large data sets and manipulate data in Google Sheet a plus.
- English fluency required in written & verbal communication a must .
- Reliable High Speed Internet a must. This is a must .
- Bachelors in Accounting / Finance or higher a must .
We use Hubstaff time tracker with screenshots integrated with ClickUp.
We have documented processes that you will follow, to ensure you can hit the ground running with training on the job. We are looking for enthusiastic young (at heart) men and women who have a positive 'CAN DO' attitude.
We are looking for doers and not talkers.
Salary will be paid in local currency via wire transfer on the 10th of the following month for the prior month.
Our working hours are 7 am EST to 3 pm EST.
We require professional and personal references and solidly check all references.

ROLE SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for engineering the move from Citrix Virtual Desktops to Azure Virtual Desktops across a global footprint.
The candidate will assist the lead engineer in project objective to complete the transition. Working closely with security and application teams, the individual will engineer the move, create the necessary supporting documentation / runbooks and sunset current Citrix environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as engineer for the migration from Citrix to Windows Virtual Desktop, following Sompo International architecture, technical and security standards
- Provide technical support for nay complex issues within Citrix Environment.
- Ensures that End User Computing engineering and support documentation is created and approved
- Provides hyper-care and performance tuning support during the project
- Works within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the infrastructure
- Engineer and support multiple Windows desktop images
- Package, test and deploy new applications as needed
- Maintain and expand existing Knowledge Base
- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment including Creating Images, deploy VMs, monitor VM performance
- Develop automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches / updates and workstation images
- Engineer and support multiple Windows desktop images
- Manage the entire lifecycle of our global standard desktop and laptop models
- Maintain desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences as needed
- Create new and maintain existing support documents to Maintain high standards in quality in the delivery of End User Computing services
- Provide advice, guidance, and direction to carry out plans and procedures, ensuring schedule attainment, product development process adherence and performance
- Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops
- Working knowledge on XenApp, XenDesktop, VMWare Hypervisor, Microsoft Azure, Citrix UPM, FsLogix, GPO, Active Directory and PowerShell
- Knowledge on Citrix NetScaler
- Experience developing and testing software packages using Install shield or equivalent
- Skills managing a VDI environment (Azure Virtual Desktop preferred)
- Experience in Virtual Application Packaging (Azure MSIX, AppAttach or Azure Remote Apps)
- Experience in software development life cycle methodologies and current technology
- Performed migration to Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (Citrix, VMware)
- Expert with SCCM administration, Patch Management, Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging & Automation
- Expert with administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment, developing and maintaining workstation images using SCCM
- Expert in patch management including bios and firmware updates, service pack upgrades, and application-based updates
- Scripting Experience a plus (batch, SQL, PowerShell, vbscript)
